WAR$tore Part 1 - Guild Islands

This post is a dreamy eyed look at the WAR$tore possibilities. You have been warned!

When Warhammer Online first launched an awesome aspect was to be the guilds. Killing with your guild. Drinking with your guild. Drinking and killing with your guild. My island encourages both more drinking and more killing! How can anyone with a soul say no? What I would like to do is have a special guild area, an island, that adds on a few more perks for guilds.

This is Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning! Not Warhammer Online: Age of Interior Designing! The only reason you should be coming into this new area is to grab items and get back to the war. This sounds like too much to ask for you say? What is your mother en elf?! This area uses content that is already available and minimizes the new work that needs to be done. All the while making new opportunities to enter the fray. I am not going to jump into specifics or pricing but if the world suddenly revolves around me and this comes to fruition, I think I should get it free. At the very least a discounted price.

The Breakdown
#1- Sealed shut houses. They make for visual appeal. Curb appeal mang!

#2- Guild tavern. Sold are standards at a discount and guild mounts with lower requirements. As well, a special new consumable is available exclusively at your guilds tavern. [Thorgrim's Brew] is a special tankard filled with the best drink any dwarf could hope for. Manlings and elves could no better handle this drink than a dwarf could an elven wine! These races must sip. Upon drinking the brew the player is given a 50% 15 second speed boost that may be used while in combat. The cooldown is somewhere around 5 to 10 minutes.

#3- Arena. The arena is instanced and linked to your alliance. Allowing you to fight guild/alliance members. Sadly we can not let you kill them, not even the elves.

#4- The cave has two skaven tunnels inside. The first takes you near the front of the enemy fort. The second near the front of  your fort. These are two way tunnels.

#5- A boat manned by an NPC captain. If there is any good in this world he will be a dwarf pirate. A drunk dwarf pirate. With a piratey crew lifting heavy things and wearing eye patches, being all piratey. The captain can be talked to if you want to be brought to the docks in Altdorf for free.

#6- The guild hall.  Scrolls are sold by an npc to teleport  back to the guild hall from anywhere. The hall also has statues of your top performing guild members, the same way that the city has statues. Don't just tell your guildies that your better than them! Show them that your better than them! Remember that gloating is an important part of WAR. It shows who the big boss is!

#7- A dwarf flight master is at the top of this tower. This flight master behaves like all other flight masters.

The whole island is, with the exception of the arena, designed to be an in and out zone. Spreading the population thin is something to be avoided. If your not dying or killing then your not doing it right!
