Gigabyte M6900 - Malfunctioning After Restart

New mouse, yayyy! New mouse stopped working, awww. After rebooting my computer, the mouse was not working. The laser was on at the bottom of the mouse, but the dpi lights on top were not working and I could not get the mouse to work.

Then I Googled for possible fixes and the issue seems to be common. Sadly it seems like many people send their mice in for replacements or for an entirely different model. What they should have done is a driver update. The problem is an easy one to fix and takes only a few moments.
Here is a link to the official location of the drivers: Clicky Here

If that should ever go down, I have hosted the drivers here as well. Clicky Here

Follow these instructions, which are also included in the downloads above, and you will have your mouse working again.
1. Please connect the mouse directly to the USB PORT on PC instead of the USB HUB when updating.
2. Please DO NOT remove the mouse during updating in case the update fails.
3. It may take 5 seconds to react the mouse after completing update process.
4. If the update fails, please use another mouse to execute the driver and try again.
5. It is important to re-connect the mouse after the update process has successfully completed.

liar. it didnt work no matter how i tried.the mouse is DEAD

Some cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go.

Did you try using another mouse to try to install the drivers? Another option is to contact Gigabyte support. http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/support-downloads.aspx
